Stephanie Ottiker is an experienced HR leader with a strong track record in building business focused people functions and strategically supporting organizations with their ambitious growth plans.
She believes in people enablement and is passionate about the design of a great employee experience, for example through digitalization.
Before joining NexWafe, Stephanie was a VP of Human Resources in a Swiss tech company. She started her career in management consulting, where her main focus was on large scale HR transformations, covering HR processes, HR tools and digitalization as well as change management.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland and Master in International Management from Rotterdam School of Management and the CEMS alliance. Stephanie is also a certified systemic coach.
