Process Development Engineer Silicon Epitaxy (m/f/d)

As a Silicon Epitaxy Process Development Engineer, you will develop, test and stabilize the deposition processes carried out at the inline silicon epitaxy plant based on the principle of chemical vapor deposition. You will be trained at the plant and gradually built up as an expert for the plant and the process. As a power user, you will optimize the processes and process flows with your colleagues to improve the required quality, throughput and uptime. Your work is characterized by close collaboration with the Process and Plant Development group. You will supervise characterization facilities and train operators on these facilities. You coordinate various characterizations, evaluate data and document your results.
