Cookies – What are they and how do we use them?

The cookies that we use allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors that we have to the website and see how users move about the website and allow us to customise your visits to our website to your individual preferences and help us to provide you with the best possible service on our website.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not – improving our communications and services. We use both “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies on our websites. Session cookies are used by our automation software Act-On and will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser. Persistent cookies will remain stored on your computer until deleted, or until a specific expiry date is reached.
