Bruce joined Nexwafe in October 2022 and leads all aspects of manufacturing, design and engineering teams. He brings more than 20 years global experience in the semiconductor and PCB industries. He has held various positions located at high tech sites within Europe, the United States of America, Israel and India.
He has practical experience within operations, quality, customer service and engineering roles, where he helped roll out products into high-volume production and drive programs to improve both top and bottom-line performance.
Most recently, he served as director customer service operations at SPTS, which was acquired by KLA.
Bruce is originally from the United Kingdom, where he studied electrical engineering at the University of the West of Scotland, before starting his career at Motorola Semiconductor.
