As a process developer with a focus on electrochemistry in the wet chemistry team, your main task is to develop the porosity process. The generation of porous silicon on seed wafers forms the basis for the subsequent epitaxy and separation of the epiwafers from the seed wafers. Together with the rest of the team and external specialists, you plan, conduct, and evaluate experiments to optimize and further develop the process. In addition, you will be trained by experienced colleagues on various production tools and characterization equipment and gain extensive insights into all areas of the process chain to be able to act flexibly and across teams.
