Tobias has a proven track record of building and developing capability, driving business performance, and leading organizational change in complex and multicultural environments. Before joining NexWafe, Tobias worked in the hospitality sector and before this, he served as a Global Human Resources Director at CBRE Inc. Tobias started his career at Metallgesellschaft AG in Frankfurt and also spent 8 years in the United Kingdom where he worked with Wolseley PLC in various Senior Human Resources roles.
Tobias holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Eichstaett / Ingolstadt in Germany.
