André Seemaier is an experienced executive with profound expertise in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking as well as extensive experience in fundraising and managing financial operations. Throughout his career, André has collaborated closely with senior leaders and investors in both the industrials and renewable energy sectors, offering strategic and transactional advice.

Before joining NexWafe, André served as the CFO for a regulated financial institution and a fintech company. André started his career in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs. He thereafter joined the investment boutique 7Square, specializing in advising hedge funds and family offices on complex public and private investment situations.

André holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim in Germany and a Master in Finance from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
